The client wanted a business plan to start two new schools in Abu Dhabi .
The client, which is a school group based in Abu Dhbai wanted a feaisbility study for done two new schools they were planning to Open. These scheools were to follow two different international curriculum. The idea was to understand the demand for the curriculum in the fee range recommended. Secondary research was carried out. Also a detaied analyis of the location and potential demand in the location were analysed. A detailed financial plan was also created for both the proposed schools. The client wanted the plan to raise fund from Financial Insitutions.
The client was a top University from Europe who were intrested in opening a branch campus in Dubai.
The Univesrity wanted to get market research done to understand the demand for the courses they were planning on introducing in UAE.
We had Market reseacrh done among Potential students and parents to understand the acceptablity of the univsrsity and of the courses
We did both primary and secondary research to undertand the perception about the university. the acceptence of the proposed fee stucture
Also we cnducted questionnare survey among school students to understand the accpetence of the courses which were proposed.
A financial plan as also created for the Branch campus.
