The client, along with several other nursery operators, engaged us to support the establishment of new nurseries across multiple emirates in the UAE. Our involvement typically commenced with the preparation of detailed business plans, including market assessment, identification of suitable locations, recommended fee structures, and comprehensive financial planning. We also supported clients with the development of academic plans and managed the approval process with relevant education regulators, including KHDA, ADEK, SPEA, and Ministry of Education (MOE). This included addressing regulatory queries, providing clarifications, and ensuring compliance with authority requirements. In addition, we assisted clients by vetting and assessing nursery locations, supporting recruitment planning, and facilitating connections with interior designers and other key service providers to enable a smooth and timely setup process.
