As part of the nursery setup process, we supported investors with the recruitment of key leadership roles, particularly the nursery manager. Our role included sourcing potential candidates, screening and shortlisting profiles based on experience, qualifications, and regulatory suitability, and aligning candidate profiles with KHDA expectations. We also guided shortlisted candidates through interview preparation, documentation readiness, and regulatory interaction, ensuring they were confident and well-prepared for discussions with Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
